Refund Policy
The short version: ask within 14 days of a payment and you get it back in full. Cancel a monthly plan any time and it stays paid until the end of the month you paid for.
1 Who you pay
The paid plan costs A$14, £7, US$9 or C$12 a month, or A$36, £19, US$24 or C$33 for 3 months, including tax. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase alongside our Terms.
2 Refunds within 14 days
If you are not happy, ask within 14 days of any payment, monthly or a 3-month pass, and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. Your account moves back to the free plan when the refund is made; nothing in your workspace is deleted.
3 Cancelling a monthly plan
Cancel any time from Settings, under Manage billing. You keep the paid plan until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. After the first 14 days we do not refund the rest of a month already started.
4 The 3-month pass
A pass is one payment for 90 days of the paid plan and never renews. Buying another adds 90 days to the time you have left. After 14 days a pass is not refundable, except where the law requires it.
5 If we cannot provide the service
If we stop offering the paid plan, or a fault on our side keeps you from using it for a significant time, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.
6 Your rights under consumer law
This policy adds to your rights; it does not replace them. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act or other consumer law that cannot be excluded.
7 How to ask
Reply to your Paddle receipt, or contact Paddle at paddle.net, or email info@thejobsort.com from your account's email address. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
